Flight made on August 28, 2003. Shaun Zimmerman's Goldberg Gentle Lady sailplane is
"piggy-backed" on top of Chris Byrd's Goldberg Eagle with a special platform that releases
the sailplane at altitude. Once the sailplane is released the tow-plane will fly differently
because of the launching platform, in fact, in the words of pilot Chris Byrd;
"Man! This thing flies like a TURD!"
Nevertheless, the sailplane flies great once released!
