It takes a lot of preparation, planning and work to hold a top-quality event. To that end, several JCRC Members came out to lend a hand to get everything setup and also to test fly their new float planes prior to the event. Both Thursday, May 10th and Friday, May 11th, were beautiful days that featured almost no wind, perfect temperatures and glass-smooth water. After preparing the launching dock and hauling over site equipment, we had the opportunity to do a little pre-event flying, as seen below.
