These photos were taken on August 25, 2003, at the Jefferson City Memorial Airport on the day they celebrated the 100th Anniversary of powered flight. About 40 different airplanes were brought out for display. Highlighting the show was a fly-by of two F-15's out of St. Louis and Boeing sent a Harrier for a flight demonstration. Roy Kirgan of Jefferson City had his beautifully restored Aeronca Sedan on display. There was a very unique DeHavilland Rapide twin-engined plane from 1941 flying around and many more.
