JCRC Float Fly - 1999

The Jefferson City Radio Control Float Fly Site consists of approximately 155 acres of water. Binder Lake is  a public lake enjoyed by many citizens in the Jefferson City Area. The shoreline is kept in excellent condition. The lake is primarily maintained by Jefferson City Parks and Recreation. In cooperation with the Missouri Conservation Department and Jefferson City Parks and Recreation in, 1999 JCRC was approved to hold their first ever float fly on Binder Lake. This lake site is an excellent place for a float fly and offers very few obstructions.

Our first float fly was an extremely windy day so the turn out was rather low, however those of us that were there had a very enjoyable time.
